All software, themes, plugins, and APKs available through InfoPulseMedia are linked only from official developer websites or trusted third-party sources.

GPL-licensed products are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), which permits redistribution and modification. We do not claim ownership of GPL products.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been published or linked on InfoPulseMedia in a manner that constitutes infringement, you must submit a written DMCA notification that includes the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was wrongly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, consent to jurisdiction in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California).

A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA takedown notice or their agent.
